The VAMA CA Centrifugal Pump Series is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump featuring a closed impeller and advanced hydraulic bulge technology for efficient performance and durability. The pump is designed with a compact structure and a highly efficient spiral volute casing to provide reliable and stable operation across a wide range of applications. All wetted components are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, providing excellent corrosion resistance and high hygiene standards for demanding fluid transfer applications. The CA series is also designed for easy maintenance. The motor can be removed without dismantling the pump casing or disconnecting the pipeline, helping to reduce downtime and service costs. Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Install the pump on a stable and properly supported foundation. Ensure that the suction and discharge piping is correctly installed and securely connected. Check all hydraulic and electrical connections before starting the pump. Select the appropriate electrical configuration according to the specific model, either 220V / 50Hz single-phase or 380V / 50Hz three-phase. One of the main maintenance advantages of the CA series is that the motor can be removed without dismantling the pump casing or disconnecting the pipeline, helping simplify servicing and reduce downtime. Regularly inspect the pump, mechanical seal, shaft, connections, and associated piping.
